Transporatation in the Tour package is a very important component.In oder to maintain a good relation ship & better understanding we shall use a single vehicle for the entire tour unless the land journey will have a break enroute.The same Driver will be deputed for the entire tour who can act as an escort also for the whole journey as he is very familier with all the destinations.The guests can use the vehicle aytime at their convenience .In otherword they can own the vehicle during the days of their travel.

At the Airport/Railwaystation ,our Tour Handling Executive will receive you with a ‘smile’. He/she will give a brief out line to you about the formalities to be completed during the Tour and ways & means to make your tour most comfortable & complaint free.If you have any doubts to be cleared,It can be asked to the Tour handling person and he will be happy to clarify all your doubts .

By considering this matter in all destinations & Houseboats our guests can enjoty Tours & cruises exclusive for them provided that such exclusive journeys are allowed /permitted/affordable.(For Kathakali show and periyar boating exclusive arrangenment for individual tourists are much expensive and we won’t advise it.)
GUIDING YOU FULL TIME
If the guests are traveling with out the service of a Full time guide ,service of local guides shall be made free of cost in selected destinations. These local guides can illustrate the historical places & speciality of products in a professional way.But if the guests need full time guide service from the beginning to the end of the Tour ,we can provide the service of Highly professionalized English/German/ French/Italian/Sweedish/Japanese guides on request. These guides will act as your Tour companion for the entire tour.
REPLYS IN NO TIME!
An enquiry will be attended very fast by our Reservation Department. The preparation of the specified package can be completed and send to you in no time. All mails will be attended on minute to minute basis in the office working hours. During the off time also the mails will be attended periodically and replies shall be sent as soon as possible.Proper acknowledgement of mails are also assured at the moment of reaching the mail at our hands.

While you are on travel,you can contact us by mobile which will be kept by the Driver of the vehicle. Everyday we will contact you twice to enquire about your satisfactory mode at that hotel & overall experience on that day. If any complaints noticed ,it will be properly attended by our grievance cell and can be rectified as early as possible. Any time in the Day or night, the guests can contact us in the Hotline numbers given to them.
YOUR TRAVELOUGE..
At the time of arrival our staff will hand over a leaflet for you “PATH FINDER’ which shall contain detailed travel planon day to day basis,Climatic condition,Dos & Don’ts in each destination,Precautions to be taken while shopping,hot line numbers for contacting us,formalities to be completed at the hotels etc…Even with out a guide this travelogue will be much helpful for you while traveling.
