Cochin- periyar- Kodaikanal- Munnar

DAY 1

Begin your Tour at Kerala

Arrive into Cochin

Our friendly Representative will be waiting for you at the Airport.

We welcome you to Cochin – the tropical paradise of India.

Check into your hotel & relax!.

In the afternoon proceed on a guided tour in and around Cochin.

See the historic Dutch Palace – a tribute to the relationship between the two cultures during the previous centuries.

We will also see the only Jewish Synagogue in India at Mattancherry; only one direct descendant of the family that set up this shrine is now alive.

Later go for a shopping at the Busy streets of Cochin .

Overnight stay at the Hotel.

DAY 2

Onto Periyar (100 Kms-3.30 Hrs)

Enjoy Pleasure Boating

After breakfast, we drive to Periyar, hometown of the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary.

On arrival at Thekkady, check into the Periyar Jungle Resort. There is time for relaxation.

Later we take you to enjoy a rather unusual way of exploring a wild reserve – aboard a boat.

The picturesque Periyar Lake is a beautiful setting. Your boat ride affords views of elephant herds and bison. If you are lucky enough you can spot more exotic animals. Don’t forget to take your binoculars!

Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at your resort.

Day 3

On to Kodaikanal(120, Kms-4 Hrs)

Leisure & Shopping

After Breakfast we drive to Kodaikanal.You will reach Kodai by noon.

Check in to the Resort and Relax.

Rest of the day for shopping and leisure.

Overnight stay at the Resort.

Day 4

At Kodaikanal

Enjoy boat ride at Kodai Lake

Today we take you on a sightseeing trip in & around Kodai.Enjoy a boat ride at the beautiful man-made lake.

Take a stroll at Coaker’s Walk to enjoy a gorgeous view of the misty valley.

Relax at the Bryant Park where 325 species of trees and shrubs thrive.Later visit the panoramic Pillar Rocks,which provide another  magnificient view.

Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at your hotel.

DAY 5

Onto Munnar(130 Kms-3.30 Hrs)

At the Mid of Tea Gardens

After breakfast, we leave Kodaikanal early in the morning for a long but scenic drive to Munnar – Kerala’s tea garden hill station.

You will reach Munnar by afternoon.

Check into your resort.

Rest of the day for Shopping & Tea garden visit.

Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at your resort.

DAY 6

At the Cool Heaven

Enjoy Munnar’s Splendours

After breakfast, we proceed on a daylong sightseeing tour of Munnar.

Visit the Eravikulam National Park – home to the endangered mountain goat species, the Nilgiri Tahr. Take snaps of the frolicsome and rather friendly goats. Admire the valley in front of you.

Later visit Kundala Dam site,Mattupetty dam & Echo point.

Back to the Hotel by evening.

DAY 7

Onto Cochin(60 Kms-1.30 Hrs)

After breakfast, we check out of your Resort at Munnar to begin our journey back to Cochin. Arrive at Cochin and directy proceed to the Airport to catch the Flight.
