Conditions

1. The above rates arewith three times meals onboard.

2. Children below 5 years are free.

   Children above 5-12 Rs 500/- without extra mattress

   Children above 5-12 Rs 1250/- with extra mattress

   Extra Person             Rs 1500/- with extra mattress

3. Check in time   Alleppey 12Noon   Kumarakom 12.30PM

    Check out time 9.30 A.M

4. For Kumarakom-Kumarakom route, Rs. 500/- will be extra on the Alleppey-Kumarakom route.

5. The above rates are exclusive of 10 % of Luxury Tax

6. AC will be operated whenever requested by the guest for Premium House Boats

7.For Deluxe House Boats, AC will be operated from 9.00 PM to 6.00 AM

    In case if AC not working for AC booking, 25% discount will be given

8. Cruise includes Lunch Tea Dinner and Breakfast -Menu Veg or Non-Veg

9.100% Retention will be charged if cancellation is made within 24 hours of Check in time.

10. Any change in Luxury Tax or Service Tax from April 1^st 2008 on wards will be informed later and will be applicable.

11. Any other Tax Levies Duties applied by the Central State or Local Authorities will be applied from time to time.

12. Payment should be made in advance along with the confirmation voucher.

13. Service Tax applicable will be extra on the above rates

14. At present 3.09% Service Tax on the above rates

15. From December 20^th to January 10^th –25% hike on the above rates.
